PINK PRINCESS was hybridized by Fred Jansen, who crossed Pink Pearl and Bronze Leaf Crab. Medium-sized, light-green skin, turning yellow with a few faint red stripes. This dessert apple has pink colored flesh, similar to that of Pink Pearl, but sweeter, with a nice fruity flavor. Has not fruited in our orchard
